exceeds all cleaning standards set by solvent degreasers
and ultrasonics. The CASKADE system incorporates
a unique and aggressive washing action to clean
even the most complex components, all this with
the use of "Environment and user friendly"
bio-degradable washing detergents. Operating costs
are a fraction of comparable solvent systems.

A further feature of the CASKADE system is the ability
to produce perfectly dry components at the end of
the washing cycle - a deficiency normally associated
with aqueous systems. The highly efficient drying
process is achieved using vacuum technology - a
legacy of Ultraseal's world leadership in teh Vacuum
Impregnation Industry.

The CASKADE washing system discharges up to 10 times
greater volume of water dosed with detergent than
other washing systems. This greater weight and volume
of washing media passing through the components
produces a high standard of cleanliness in a shorter
process time, allowing 3-5 minute cycle times to
be achieved. Bio-degradable DB75 detergent liquid
should be used for optimum results.
The CASKADE system is supplied in 400 x 400 x
600 mm size. The washing process cells can accommodate
up to 4 standard baskets or trays dependant upon
component design and production requirements.
