Porosity Sealing System

The range incorporates many unique features to maximize efficiency. These include:
  • Fast pump-down:
    to below 8mbr within 3 minutes
  • Sealant temperature control:
    Temperature automatically maintained at around 18 deg. C (64 deg. F) on units operating at high ambient temperatures.
  • Effective drainage system:
    Recovered sealant returns automatically to the autoclave.
  • Efficient washing:
    Water Wash is air agitated.
  • Programmable heating:
    Programmable heater can be set to preheat the hot water cure tank so the equipment is ready for use when the work shift begins.
  • Temperature control:
    Automatic Control of the cure tank to 90 deg. C. (194 F)
  • Level Control:
    Automatic hot water top-up.
  • Audible warning:
    At the end of cure cycle time.
  • Overflow:
    Wier system in cold wash.
  • Timing:
    Process times easily varied.
  • Finish:
    All equipment is painted externally to customer specifications.
